Why does there need to be a PAC? Can’t you just be a group of people? A PAC seems Icky!

Connecticut election law requires that we form this type of committee to legally raise money to spend on things like yard signs, ads in the local papers, and mailings. We hope to raise that money through local, small dollar donations from taxpayers in the community who also support the Sherman School.

Are you part of the School Building Committee or Board of Ed? Do you have a relationship with them?

We are not part of the Board of Education or the School Building Committee. We are an independent group of parents, taxpayers, and concerned citizens who want to make sure we keep a school here in our town.

How will donation funds be used?

As of now, donations will be used for ads in the paper, merchandise, mailings, and things of that nature. We will keep you updated as donations are used and as more are needed!
